Everyone is having so much fun on screen that it's infectious. so fuck it, yeah, I had fun watching. I've seen it twice.

The two leads totally won me over. the acting skills may not be there but their chemistry, their rapport their very real friendship and love for each other shows up in spades. it's really great to watch.

Justin Long fucking crushed. I was dying almost every time he spoke.

Tony Hale bawling uncontrollably while his daughter sang Babe by Styx made me piss my pants. I was fucking losing it.

Depp is soooooooooo much better in this than Tusk. probably because he got to actually be funny in this one. Depp reacting, loving and frustratingly explaining Garman's impressions to the girls was fucking gold.

Conroy cameo - wow, fuck yeah. music plays perfectly.

Also, what the hell? I always forget how funny Adam Brody can be. he kind of steals every scene he's in, and he's barely in the film.

The music and the two leads are what makes this movie so much fun. I wonder what my 15 year old self would think of this flick?
