Okay, so it might just be Liar Liar with a slightly different gimic and a different ending, but this has its moments and does actually give the audience something to consider. Zooey Deschanel is well cast, although her initial attraction to someone 18 years older than her (indeed, she shares a birthday with Jim Carrey, factoid fans) is not easily explained.
