Review of Yes Man (2008) by Al R — 20 Aug 2011
I was really surprised by this movie. It shows Jim Carrey in a calmer(?) light. I'm kind of inbetween on Things Happening To Someone movies, but this was a surprise. Naturally funny, but slightly predictable.
It doesn't hurt that the score is comprised of original material and established songs by Mark Oliver Everett (Eels) and Zooey Deschanel, who does a great job as always.
