Review of YellowBrickRoad (2010) by Ryan J — 03 Aug 2012
While it does have a very unsatisfying ending and could easily lose about 20 minutes in the middle, Yellowbrickroad is still an interesting and creepy as all get out. The scenes of violence are horrific in a particularly disturbing way, as they occur sandwiched between fairly mundane circumstances.
The first violent altercation easily stands as one of the most horrifying scenes I've witnessed in a long time. Overall, not a bad movie and worth watching; if you want to turn it off 3/4 of the way through, though, you won't regret it.
