I think 20% may be a bit too generous. Where to start??? The acting is awful, it's hard to tell if this is a serious attempt at making a film or not but I hope it isn't...
The plot was absolutely ridiculous. The basic idea of it is Jack Black who plays Zed, a caveman, is evicted from his tribe, Micheal Cera, who plays, Oh, leaves with him. They venture through time and find their tribe enslaved by Romans, basically after some stuff happens they become heroes, free their tribe and get the ladies. THE END. Don't waste your time watching this failure of a comedy. It isn't worth the time. I respect some of the actors in it but they have let themselves down with this film.
