Panned by many..but I think ariane is alluring and seductive in her first cinematic appearance and mickey rourke is relentless and believable in this role...this movie has an 'epic' feel to it.
.engrossing story, violent, highly entertaining tale from michael cimino (deer hunter, gates of heaven).
