Y Tu Mama Tambien is entrancing film that takes the coming of age and road movie genere to another level. If you like foreign films, you would love this one. The movie shows two boys just trying to get laid with an older woman but learning how to be men.

Deigo Luna and Gael Garcia Bernal stars as two best friends who girlfriends goes to Europe for vaction. They start to enjoy the spoils of not having girlfriends. The two are friends but there from two different social classes. You can tell from the way they act. It's good performances from Luna and Bernal. They meet the wife of Luna's character's cousin. They think she's hot and they lie to her about a beach just to mess around with her. They go on a roadtrip.

She's played by Maribel Verdu who is sexy and engaging. Once secrets are found out that will hurt the foundation of Luna and Bernal's friendship. She takes over and teaches them about life. To not take anything at granted, especially when whats at stake at the end of the film.

The movie is unafraid of it's sexuality it does have graphic sex. However it's not vulgar but sensual it's adult dramatic film. The sexuality as well helps the story along because it changes the mood of the characters. The movie had to go unrated because of fear of the NC-17 rating. I don't get it, it's okay for Eli Roth to show sombody to gouge out a man's penis. But it's not okay to show a couple thrusts of sex. Filmmakers should really defend thier vision.

MP Grade A+.
