Review of Y Tu Mamá También (2001) by Joshua C — 12 Jul 2016
On the surface this film is about an erotic road trip. However, the underlying themes and various camera angles present the film in a different way. The themes of tragedy, death, social class, obliviousness, and political issues are what makes this film astounding and separates it from being a film just about two horny teenage boys trying to sleep with an older woman.
The acting, various camera angles, setting, and story are glorious.
