Review of XXY (2007) by Gita T — 28 Jul 2008
It's a good movie. This movie showed the point of view of the victim and yes, it would be very tiring to take medications everyday. It showed the autonomy of the patient. As a doctor-to-be, of course I understand that research is good for science and to make patient live a normal life is the aim of every doctor.
But if we were the victim, of course it would be such a pain to do many operations and take medications. In this movie, the director wanted to show us the patient's and her family point of view.
