Although Vin Diesel is not in this sequel, XXX: State of the Union has a new lead in Ice Cube, who some people might think either surpassed or is as good as Diesel in the role. Also new to the cast is Willem Dafoe, while Samuel L.
Jackson returns from the first film. If that's not enough, the film has an all-new story, and new action sequences and stunts that people will be amazed by.
