Flat out entertaining. Action sequences were funny-amazing. This is a satisfying birth-story of a new family for Vin Diesel's old franchise. The plot was lightly sprinkled with political agenda, but none overbearing that took itself too seriously.
If the FF family was a mythos on domestic law and order and cars, XXX is about intelligence services work with less smarts and intelligence and more exciting field work.
