Review of xXx: Return of Xander Cage (2017) by Gomi A — 11 Feb 2018

So my first thought is that they missed a great opportunity to be the next James Bond or Jason Bourne but honestly we already have those series we don't need another one. XXX is its own thing and this movie showcases that It doesn't take itself seriously and doesn't expect the audience to do so either. But it's an adenine rush. It didn't deserve the box off shunning that it got. I hope somehow another movie gets greenlit because I think it has the making now to be an amazing series.

I fully enjoyed the ride. The story has holes and at times the one-liners will make you groan out loud but if you can suspend your disbelief it can be a fun movie.
