Vin Diesel attempts to revitalize an older property using the same magic (and even, concept) as his beloved Fast & Furious saga, but it ultimately becomes an epic flop. xXx: The Return of Xander Cage may have some outlandish action and notable names and faces in pop-culture but it doesn't cover the blemishes of an uneven plot, cheesy dialogue and predictability.
