Review of xXx: Return of Xander Cage (2017) by Chavez S — 26 Jan 2017

Vin Diesel is still great as Xander Cage. A lot of good action scenes, and a much bigger cast. But more heroes doesn't mean a better film. Almost confusing with so many people, the plot twists threw me off, and not much left without all the stunts.

The first film was one of a kind with an unorthodox hero who is resourceful and adapts and fits in with dangerous situations. You don't see much of that in here. Nothing really new here.
