Not because it's a great movie. it is not. But what it is is every young dream I had wrapped up in an 80's disco musical blanket that makes me dance and sing and put on leg warmers every time I watch it.
Lets face it... I was a 16 year old girl when this came out, and I was the target audience. Hooked!
