Huge missed opportunity with a great villain. Why is Mystique given so much importance? Honestly half the dialogue was beyond cringe worthy. The only compelling part of the movie was Eric's story and Michael's performance.

They totally robbed quicksilver of his earned moment to stop his father in the climax by giving another monologue to super star Jennifer Lawrence. I swear star power and this PC shit kills some of the most beloved stories.

Magneto gaining a son would have been a beautiful way to bring him back and have a peaceful ending to his tragic story.
