Review of X-Men: Apocalypse (2016) by Compi24 — 29 May 2016

Not sure if I agree with the critics on this one. Yes, it's a bit of a slow start, but once this spectacular superhero epic gets started, it rarely slows to a stop. Featuring a fascinating villain, superb special effects, enthralling fight choreography, and one of the most jaw-droppingly emotional scenes I've scene in any comic book film, "X-Men: Apocalypse" is an enriching step forward for the franchise and a fantastic film in its own right.
