Review of Wyatt Earp (1994) by Jonathan P — 14 Oct 2007
This western epic is plagued with stale acting, particularly from Costner, Pullman and various minor actors. Quaid plays a convincing doc (better than Kilmer in Tombstone) and Hackman fits this western like a good pair of boots.
However the over saturated cast and slow middle keep this from being a true western classic.
