Review of Wrong Turn (2003) by Sunshine C — 26 Dec 2011

I have absolutely no idea why this movie got such shitty reviews. This a great Hills Have Eyes style movie that is pretty original and contains smart characters. I think the most genius part about this film is how the some-what likeable characters are always finding new creative ways to escape the cannibal mutants.

I think this film is very intense and partially humorous. This movie really needs more recognition that it's not another another simple-minded teen slasher horror movie. Also, the usage of the bow and arrow as a main weapon was very cool and original.
