Review of Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007) by Joe G — 20 Jul 2011
Not bad at all for a sequel that went straight to DVD. I enjoyed it just as much as the first one and it wasn't just a carbon copy. Classic slasher format kept but it was a lot gorier and it did develop on the hillbilly cannibal characters.
Great cast of young horror flick regulars and Henry Rollins was just a genius choice...it's a shame he had to die cause he was the best character! It's obviously nothing spectacular or particularly clever but it ticks all the right boxes for me and above all its very entertaining.
Fans of the first will love it, as will horror fans in general.
