This is one of those movies I wanted to force everyone to watch once.Wristcutters has a unique twist on a love story, its sound track is really spot on, and it even has Tom Waits. The weakest part of this film , to me, is the ending.
The director admitedly changed it from what the book's ending was because he wanted it to appeal to audiences. Still everything else works exceedingly well. I'm going to give a way much by explaining that the movie takes place in the afterlife for people who commit suicide.
Aparently you get to keep the scars from how you "offed", which leads to some amusing scenes. Furthermore every song that is in a suicide scene is by a musician who killed himself. Seriously, just go rent this movie and give it a shot, OR I WILL TIE YOU TO A CHAIR AND MAKE YOU WATCH IT!!!!!
