Review of Woyzeck (1979) by Vincent G — 25 Feb 2009
Kinski is mesmerizing as a man driven to madness by the town doctor, the military commander, and, finally, by the unfaithfulness of his wife. His characterization of a descent into madness is unforgettable.
Who else could bring out inner rage to stunning exhibition? This is an odd, but fascinating, film.
