Review of Working Girl (1988) by Bass 9 — 22 May 2009
Great, great movie about making it in the big city. Great music and great performances. The screenplay takes a life on its own, it raises the stakes in very solid and subtle ways. It;s full of small, visual details, amazing use of exposition and a very good use of character development.
