Review of Woodstock (1970) by Robert B — 01 Jun 2008
Some legendary performances, but also some pretty poor ones as well. Well this is a incompassing portrait of an era, the interviews and other non-musical performances can be kind of boring. But, with the Who, Santana, Ten Years After, and especially Jimi Hendrix giving maybe rock's defining moment with the Star Spangled Banner, there is a good deal to enjoy.
