The movie itself is a big 2 hour long Apple advertisement... Throught out the whole documentary it's emphasized how well Apple products can be use to create music. So if the goal was to be a product placement movie, well done Apple.
When it focus on Billie Ellish as an artist, it all seems very clichê and forced to emulate an emo+rockstar's attitude, she's got some talent, but is very well produced and directed by her brother, she doesn't live up to the hype.
