Review of Woodstock (1970) by Shawn M — 21 Jun 2009
A great documentary on one of the most famous concerts in history. Wadleigh's use of split-screen technology is a genius move, and his willingness to interview both concert-goers and Bethel residents aids his unbiased view.
Lots of excellent behind-the-scenes moments, and of course, the music is kick-ass. As close as you can get to actually being there.
