I am a big fan of the filmmaker Todd Haynes. His movie WONDERSTRUCK from last year is simply a thing of beauty! The critics were mixed, the film received a rating of 68%. But to me it is one if the underrated films from this past year and would easily make my list of the top five best films from this past year.
Do yourself a favor and watch it! The film is a thing of wonder and it DID leave me WONDERSTRUCK. It's beautifully moving and uplifting!
