Movie portraying the environmental and economic instability caused by rich and developing sectors bordering one another and the creation of city called eccoban. An anti-hero V character trying to stop the unrest.
Produced by South Korean manufacture, Samson. There is something quite unsettling about that. Beautifull movie, none the less.
