Review of Wonder Woman (2009) by Fox G — 20 Mar 2009
Lacking the sense of wonderment and farytale epic from the oiginal material, I felt there was too many political correctness and omissions from what could have been an daring, very interesting take on the origin of Themycira's One and Only Princess. Without the great timing of Batman and without the charm from Avatar, you can only can call it a correct and dignified product, with the emphazis in "product". ( What the F*** they did to Steve???? Where is the Ambassador of Peace? What the F*** they did to Ares' amazing, great classical design by Perez???).
* sigh* Where are Nolan and Ross when you need them? And the young princess sound like a 30 years old cocky woman... * sigh*.
