Review of Women in Love (1969) by Sakari L — 28 Feb 2009
An adaptation of a D.H. Lawrence novel, this film has "1960's sexual liberation" tagged all over it. Starts out quite restrained but soon nude wrestling scenes, bizarre camera work and dead pan dialogue ensues and the film becomes deliciously kitschy.
Loved every minute of it, including the brilliant ending.
