Review of Woman Without Piano (2009) by Christopher T — 05 Jun 2011
The click-clack of Rosa's high heel shoes as she wanders the streets of Madrid are the soundtrack for this lovely, quiet film. While waiting for a train, she encounters Radek, a Polish immigrant who may or may not be returning to his homeland.
They strike a tentative but beautiful friendship. All the while I couldn't help but wonder if Rosa was trying to escape her mundane life or just looking for a fling.
