Not funny enough to keep you going when Lou isn't in wolf form and doing Wolfcop things. I know story is just a little bit key in moviemaking, but this movie actually could've done with less of it; there's way too much expository dialogue and character threads that, while they do kind of wrap up neatly in the end, didn't need to be there.
That being said, when Wolfcop gets you going, it really gets you going. There are a few really solid laughs during the werewolf-cop setpieces.
