Review of Wolf Creek (2005) by Ollie R — 12 Sep 2010
It starts off a bit slow, the first 45 mins, will leave u wondering if u are actually watching a horror movie or just a boring documentary, but after the 45 mins mark, it really starts to get interesting, and I love how the maniac isnt some terrifying killing machine with no personality, he is a regular aussie fella who has a lot of charisma and is quite funny in parts even when he is about to kill someone he still manages to make u laugh with some witty comment which makes it very hard to hate him no matter how violent or twisted he may be.
It was nice to see the two women in the film were not the typical dumbass whores that we see in all horror movies these chicks actually had some wit.
(spoiler alert) and both came very close to surviving the nightmare but were just unlucky in the end.
