Review of Wolf Creek (2005) by Neil M — 13 May 2011
While the story may not have been my cup of tea, and many time could swear I heard an English accent opposed to an Australian one there were some aspects of the film which I enjoyed. While the foundation of the film was similar to all horror films, it was able to break away from typical slasher stereotypes.
I also enjoyed the fact that "Liz" took over the role of hero while Ben was M.I.A. However it did bother be that Ben disappeard for half the movie. The only real scare I got from the film was the fact that is was BASED off a true story.
