Lotr plus... hitler? yeah. it may not be a cartoon for kids, but unlike bakshi's former films it works within the adult arena, instead of just trying ever so hard to remain in the adult arena. the animation really wasn't that great, but the integration of static and non-static backgrounds and the manipulation of some live-action to look more "cartoon-ish" is pretty cool.
definitely has some psychedelic flair to it.
