Review of Witness (1985) by Buddy K — 17 Jun 2008
Great movie that sets itself up as an action thriller but turns into a nice story about culture clash. I also liked how accurately it portrayed the Amish and how respectful it was toward their lifestyle.
This is also one of the movies that shows that Harrison Ford can really act. Beautifully done and wonderfully acted movie. Too bad it's kind of become obscure over time but it's worth getting and watching.
Also, keep your eyes open for a young Viggo Mortensen.
