The best written script I have ever heard. Interesting, clever and funny. This film could not be better and could be my favourite film of all time.
The cast are perfect too and it is Richard E Grant's finest hour which I doubt he will ever pass. I still find it hard to believe that Richard himself doesn't drink but stills plays Withnail with such truth. Richard Griffiths is so so funny and brings some great comedy lines out!
Proves you don't need a budget to make an amazing film. This cannot be topped...it's subline...
