Review of Wit (2001) by Marissa B — 21 Jul 2007
Could power, poetry, and pain be more beautifully, heart-wrenchingly, vividly intertwined? Nothing less than spectacular can ever be expected of Emma Thompson, and this was by far one of the most gripping and real roles she's ever done.
Nothing held back, everything brutally honest, but still with that clever, biting wit...It was amazing.
