Review of Wit (2001) by Private U — 06 Aug 2007
If I could give this 10 stars, I would. This is one of the few films that can make me cry every time. Emma Thompson is one of the great living actresses of the age. Every nuance is carefully crafted, and the emotion is right there along with the razor sharp intellectual banter.
A faithful adaptation of the play by Margaret Edson.
