Winter On Fire is many things: an inspiring vision of unity between different people; a powerful perspective on national revolutions, both past and present; a horrifically beautiful documentary that edits its harrowing visuals with great clarity and precision.
One thing it's not: easy to watch. It's an infuriating yet moving look at a people going to any length for their own freedom.
