Review of Wind River (2017) by Megan K — 29 Mar 2018
Intense, gripping, emotional. A great drama set in a cold wilderness that is it's own character in the film. The performances are outstanding, Jeremy Renner is the best. Elisabeth Olsen is fantastic.
There isn't a bum note in the film. The writing is clear & brilliant, because the man behind it wrote two of the best intense films of the last 5 years, Sicario & Hell or High Water (which I have yet to see).
