It had a good build up in the beginning and it kept me interested throughout. A nice little ghost story with some romantic elements and a lesson to be learned from the main character. The acting was good.
Sometimes it looked like the story was going nowhere and was a bit slow but it pays off in the ending. Good ghost story without all the blood and guts that permeate films like these lately.
