Really well done as far as character development and tone goes but the "big reveal" of how and why all these strange things were happening just came across as incredibly confusing and stupid.
The scares were lacking a bit as well.
But the plot between the two college students was executed quite brilliantly.
Shame... it could've been a really good movie.
