Review of Win Win (2011) by Christian C — 13 May 2012
A comedy that could 've been average, if not for the perfect direction and acting. I've never seen a comedy that was so subtle, and so, well, unlike your average comedy, being neither look-how-silly-I-am, Jim Carrey funnny, nor look-how-absurd-the-plot-is-yet-we-continue-to-act-straight-faced, art house funny.
It's very humane, and that is the film's biggest strength.
