Review of Wild at Heart (1990) by Scott M — 24 Nov 2008
Starts out really strong, then loses focus toward the end as it introduces way more characters than needed. Nicolas Cage does his best Elvis impersonation, and he is very funny at times. Willem Dafoe is doing his best Frank Booth impression, and isn't doing it as well.
A funny movie, and much more linear than most of Lynch's work, but I don't think it lives up to films like Blue Velvet or Mulholland Dr.
