Just watched on pay-per-view... never could make it to the theatres when it was out there. Great movie (and Gail tells me it's an even greater book.) It's the story of Cheryl Strayed who's life was in a shamble.
After years of reckless, destructive behavior, she makes a rash decision. With absolutely no experience, driven only by sheer determination, Cheryl hikes more than a thousand miles of the Pacific Crest Trail, alone.
Getting in touch with her inner...Cheryl! Well done and immensely interesting film.
