Review of Who Killed the Electric Car? (2006) by Jonathan S — 12 Dec 2007
Interesting and depressing documentary on the life and death of the electric car, the (for now) pipe dream of affordable, energy efficient hydrogen cell cars, and our endless ability to have our entire future destroyed for the sake of corporations and their shareholders.
Oh, and Ed Begley's in it. Go Begley! The sort of documentary that offers a bit of hope, a lot of head-scratching, and the lingering feeling that humanity is doomed, and Thank God for that because we're mostly stupid or greedy.
Or both.
