Quite a bit of collected footage and interviews, all very strong. It plays out like a trial, putting consumers, politicians, California Air Resources Board members, CEOs, and car batteries on the stand to try to better understand why such an great potential seemed to flop.
I learned a lot watching this, and I am motivated to be more aware of Electric and Hybrid purchasing options in the future.
