Interesting, but a little too conspiracy driven for my tastes. I certainly understand the need for an electric car given our current environmental situation, but it seems without mass acceptance (read: establishment of tons of charging stations all over the U.

S. like gas stations now), I don't see it as a valid option right now. Down the line in a slow roll out with a start with hybrids, for sure, but not all at once. I will say the way the car companies handled it was utterly ridiculous, though.
