Review of Whiteout (2009) by Butt W — 05 Mar 2010
Watchable but ultimately pointless.
The story is pretty much non existant and the cast, whilst pretty good in places have absolutely nothing to work with. The other thing that is missing is atmosphere. For a film that is supposed to be set in an isolated and desolutely cold hell, I just didn't buy it and the bad guy is painfully obvious to spot from the outset.
Nothing wrong with the film, it's just not all that interesting...
